Thanks for choosing Freeposterz.com. In this Customer Agreement, you'll find important information about your Service, including your minimum contract term, what happens if you cancel a Product/Service plan early or don't pay on time, our ability to make changes to your Service or this agreement's terms, our liability if things don't work as planned, and how disputes are resolved. My Service Your Service terms and conditions are part of this agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Membership Cancellation- If you would like to cancel your order you can do so by agreeing to our cancellation policy. Please go to the footer and click the Cancellation link, then agree to terms and submit the cancellation form.

This is done incase your primary promo poster is out of stock. You will have alternates pre selected. Service The first poster is $0.99 cents.

AUTH HOLD POLICY

Our promotional offer of the free poster with 99 cent shipping is concurrent with the fact that subsiquently either A.) your willing to join our poster club for thirty dollars per month for 2 monthly credits which you can use for posters which is based on the thirty dollar charge authorizing on your bank account or B.) you called to cancel the promotional offer of the monthly posters club prior to the monthly membership charge recurring. In the even that neither of these proactive options are chosen by the end user, Free posterz reserves the right to keep the 99 cent authorization charge as a non refundable processing fee. If your authorization for the thirty dollars fails we will change your payment status to payment error pending and you will forfeit the 99 cents auth hold and need to re-order @ your earliest convienince.

My Privacy We may collect personal information about you. We may also gather some information through our relationship with you, such as information about the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination and amount of your use of our website and advertising services. You can find out how we use, share and protect the information we collect about you in the freeposterz.com Privacy Policy, available at Freeposterz.com/privacy.

Can I Have Someone Else Manage My Account? No problem – just tell us by phone, in person, or in writing. You can appoint someone to manage your account for a single transaction, or until you tell us otherwise. The person you appoint will be able to make changes to your account, including adding new Services, buying new products and extending your contract term. Any changes that person makes will be treated as modifications to this agreement

Can freeposterz.com Change This Agreement or My Service? We may change prices or any other term of your Service or this agreement at any time, but we'll send you written notice first. If you use your Service after the change takes effect, that means you're accepting the change. But if a change to your Plan or this agreement has a material adverse effect on you, you can cancel the Advertisement Service that has been affected within 60 days of receiving the notice with no early termination fee.


What Are freeposterz.com’ Rights to Limit or End Service or End this Agreement? We can, without notice, limit, suspend or end your Service or any agreement with you for any good cause, including, but not limited to: (i) if you: (a) breach this agreement; (b) pay late more than once in any 24 months; (c) incur charges larger than a required deposit or billing limit, or materially in excess of your monthly access charges (even if we haven't yet billed the charges); (d) provide credit information we can't verify; (e) are unable to pay us or go bankrupt; (f) resell your Service; (g) use your Service for any illegal purpose, including use that violates trade and economic sanctions and prohibitions promulgated by any U.S. governmental agency; (h) install, deploy or use any regeneration equipment or similar mechanism (for example, a repeater) to originate, amplify, enhance, retransmit or regenerate an RF signal without our permission; (i) steal from or lie to us; or (ii) if you, any user of your device/service or any account manager on your account: (a) threaten, harass, or use vulgar and/or inappropriate language toward our representatives; (b) interfere with our operations; (c) "spam," or engage in other abusive messaging or calling; (d) modify your device from its manufacturer's specifications; or (e) use your Service in a way that negatively affects our network or other customers. We can also temporarily limit your Service for any operational or governmental reason.

Government Taxes, Fees and Surcharges You must pay all taxes, fees and surcharges set by federal, state and local governments. Please note that we may not always be able to notify you in advance of changes to these charges.

How Does freeposterz.com  Calculate My Bill? For charges based on the amount of time used, we'll round up any fraction to the next full day. Usage cannot always be processed right away and may be included in a later bill, but the usage will still count towards your allowance for the month when the Service was used. Remember, you can always dispute your bill within 30 days of receiving it, but unless otherwise provided by law or unless you're disputing charges because your website is not running on your behalf you still have to pay all charges until the dispute is resolved. Early termination fees are non-disputable and you agree not to dispute them as in part and whole of this advertising contract.

About My Payments If we don't get your payment on time, we will charge you a late fee of up to 1.5 percent per month (18 percent per year) on the unpaid balance, or a flat $5 per month, whichever is greater, if allowed by law in the state of your billing address. (If you choose another company to bill you for our Service [such as another freeposterz.com company], late fees are set by that company or by its tariffs and may be higher than our late fees.) If we use a collection agency to collect from you, we may charge you for any fees the collection agency charges us, if allowed by law in the state of your billing address when we first send your account to a collection agency. If your final credit balance is less than $1, we will refund it only if you ask. We may charge you up to $25 for any returned payment. You may have to pay a fee to activate Service or to reconnect Service if it is interrupted for non–payment or suspended for any reason.

What Charges Are set by freeposterz.com? You agree to pay all access, usage, bandwidth, setup, and other charges that you/owner of the website incurred or have cause freeposterz.com to incur during your service with us. Our charges include Processing, Regulatory and Administrative Charges, and we may also include other charges related to our governmental costs. We set these charges; they aren't taxes, they aren't required by law, they are kept by us in whole or in part, and the amounts and what they pay for may change.

Cancellation Fee
If you have not yet  incurred a 30$ charge for your membership you will be charged a 30$ cancellation fee for this.

Monthly membership

We will bill you for the monthly subscription if you do not cancel your subscription which is 30$ dollars you will receive 2 monthly credits which you can use to purchase 2 posters including shipping each month you are billed the 30$.

How Do I Accept This Agreement? You accept this agreement by:

* · Agreeing in writing, by email, over the phone, or in person;
* agreeing to the terms and conditions prior to purchase; or
* · Opening a package that says you are accepting by opening it; or
* · Activating your Service using a valid method of payment.   When you accept, you're representing that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to accept an agreement. If you're accepting for an organization, you're representing that you are authorized to bind that organization, and where the context requires, "you" means the organization. Your Advertising Plan includes your monthly exposure, allowances and features, where you can use them (your advertisement), and their monthly charges. You can also subscribe to several Optional Services; like startup reviewer, business directory, and social packages. Together, the Plan and any Optional Services you select or are chosen by your plan are your Service. The terms and conditions for your Service can be found in the contract or terms and conditions link on the website that is available at anytime. Once an advertising service is activated you will receive and email with the pdf of the agreement. The agreement is present at the time of service signup, and always at the footer of our website.

Disclaimer of Warranties We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, including, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranty of services or fitness for a particular purpose, about your Service, your merchantability, or any applications you access through our website, products, or services. We do not warrant that your Triple Poster Advantage® or advanced services will work perfectly or will not need occasional upgrades or modifications, or that it will not be negatively affected by network–related modifications, upgrades or similar activity. Please be aware that if you activated your website services through our default non-setup fee option (Open Development program), your automatically agreeing to an advanced services contract. The Advanced Advertising Services gives your website promotion the most enhanced technology features we have. (available for resell as a product or service to a consumer/business) This also includes online billing. Waivers and Limitations of Liability

How Do I Resolve Disputes with freeposterz.com? You may send an email to use in the contact us section of our website We hope to make you a happy customer, but if there's an issue that needs to be resolved, this section outlines what's expected of both of us. You and freeposterz.com both agree to resolve disputes only by arbitration or in small claims court. There's no judge or jury in arbitration, and the procedures may be different, but an arbitrator can award the same damages and relief, and must honor the same terms in this agreement, as a court would. If the law allows for an award of attorneys' fees, an arbitrator can award them too. We also both agree that: (1) The Federal Arbitration Act applies to this agreement. Except for small claims court cases that qualify, any dispute that results from this agreement or from the Services you receive from us (or from any advertising for any products or Services) will be resolved by one or more neutral arbitrators before the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") or Better Business Bureau ("BBB"). You can also bring any issues you may have to the attention of federal, state, or local government agencies, and if the law allows, they can seek relief against us for you.   (2) Unless you and freeposterz.com agree otherwise, the arbitration will take place in the county of your billing address. For claims over $10,000, the AAA's Wireless Industry Arbitration ("WIA") rules will apply. We agree that in large/complex cases, the loser can ask for a panel of three new arbitrators to review the award. For claims of $10,000 or less, the party bringing the claim can choose either the AAA's WIA rules or the BBB's rules for binding arbitration or, alternatively, can bring an individual action in small claims court. You can get procedures, rules and fee information from the AAA (www.adr.org), the BBB (www.bbb.org) or from us. For claims of $10,000 or less, you can choose whether you'd like the arbitration carried out based only on documents submitted to the arbitrator, or by a hearing in–person or by phone.   (3) This agreement doesn't allow class arbitrations even if the AAA or BBB procedures or rules would. The arbitrator may award money or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim. (4) As part of your agreement to arbitrate on an individual basis, we provide you with a free internal mediation program. In our mediation program, we assign someone who's not directly involved in the dispute (though possibly from our company) to help both sides reach an agreement. That person has all the rights and protections of a mediator. Nothing said in the mediation can be used later in an arbitration or lawsuit. If you'd like to start the mediation process, please go freeposterz.com or call customer service for a mediation request form to fill out, and mail it to us at the address shown on the form. Or if you'd prefer to start the arbitration process, please contact the AAA or BBB for the forms you'll need to submit.   (5) If you opt for the mediation program and take part in at least one mediation session by phone, but we aren't able to settle the dispute between us, we'll pay any filing fee that the AAA or BBB charges you for arbitration of the dispute. If that arbitration proceeds, we'll also pay any administrative and arbitrator fees charged later, as well as for any appeal to a panel of new three arbitrators (if the arbitration award is appealable under this agreement).   (6) We may make a written settlement offer anytime before arbitration begins. If you don't accept the offer, or if we don't make you an offer, and the arbitrator awards you an amount of money that's more than our offer but less than $100 then we agree to pay you $100 instead of the amount awarded.   (7) An arbitration award and any judgment confirming it apply only to that specific case; it can't be used in any other case except to enforce the award itself.   (8) If for some reason the prohibition on class arbitrations set forth in subsection (3) cannot be enforced, then the agreement to arbitrate will not apply. (9) Also, if for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than through arbitration, you and 10dollar ads agree that there will not be a jury trial. About this Agreement If we don't enforce our rights under this agreement in one instance, that doesn't mean we won't or can't enforce those rights in any other instance. You cannot assign this agreement or any of your rights or duties under it without our permission. However, we may assign this agreement or any debt you owe us without notifying you. Please note that many notices we send to you will show up as messages on your monthly bill. If you have online billing, those notices will be deemed received by you when your online bill is available for viewing. If you get a paper bill, those notices will be deemed received by you 3 days after we mail the bill to you. If we send other notices to you, they will be considered received immediately if we send them to your wireless device, or to any email or fax number you've given us, or after 3 days if we mail them to your billing address. If you need to send notices to us, please send them to the customer service address on your latest bill. If any part of this agreement, including anything regarding the arbitration process, is ruled invalid, that part may be removed from this agreement. This agreement and the documents it incorporates form the entire agreement between us. You can't rely on any other documents, or on what's said by any sales or customer service representatives, and you have no other rights regarding Service or this agreement. This agreement isn't for the benefit of any third party except our parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and predecessors and successors in interest. Except where we've agreed otherwise elsewhere in this agreement, this agreement and any disputes covered by it are governed by the laws of the state encompassing the ip address/ or of your wireless phone number when you accepted this agreement, without regard to the conflicts of laws rules of that state. If multiple states apply we will choose the state of litigation for which is served in our best interest.

Service Agreement

By checking "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions", you will be bound by the service agreement of your Poster Advantage® plan and the terms and conditions of use of our website and contracts herein set forth between you and our company. This service agreement is a Poster Advantage® plan for a 1-YEAR term (renewable in accordance with the Terms of Service):

1) The Terms of Service, including the binding arbitration clause (below)
2) The "Plan Terms" ( Poster Advantage®) and other information regarding your data, bandwidth, and traffic are included in your rate plan for advertising. which is set forth above and will be charged per diem yet billed on a monthly basis and you will incur all charges even to the point if your account is in arrears in which case you may accrue fees.
3) The terms and conditions and other information regarding features provided on the page where you selected your features.

SERVICE COMMITMENT / EARLY TERMINATION FEE
Your Service Commitment begins on the day we activate your service. You have received certain benefits from us in exchange for any Service Commitment greater than one month. If we terminate your service for nonpayment or other default before the end of the Service Commitment, or if you terminate your service for any reason other than (a) in accordance with the cancellation policy; or (b) pursuant to a change of terms, conditions or rates as set forth below, you agree to pay us with respect to each website identifier or advertising space assigned to you, in addition to all other amounts owed, an Early Termination Fee in the amount specified below ("Early Termination Fee"). If your Service Commitment includes the purchase of advertising services on or after January 1, 2010, the Early Termination Fee will be $30 The Early Termination Fee is not a penalty, but rather a charge to compensate us for your failure to satisfy the Service Commitment on which your advertising plan is based. AFTER YOUR SERVICE COMMITMENT, THIS AGREEMENT SHALL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH BASIS UNTIL EITHER PARTY GIVES NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE TERMINATION PROVISION BELOW.


Products; Monthly Program

Poster Advantage®,
A. Monthly Program Products. Certain products offered by freeposterz.com consist
of a monthly program. The following terms and conditions shall apply in
the event that you order any product that is part of a monthly program
offered by freeposterz.com on the freeposterz.com Sites (a "Monthly Program").

B. Monthly Program Terms. When ordering products from freeposterz.com, you will be enrolled in the Triple Poster Advantage® and receive the first FREE poster at an introductory price of $0.00 just $0.99 cents shipping. After this you have the option to cancel your plan. The Poster Advantage® plan sends you 2 credits each month which you can use to purchase 2 posters per month shipping included the monthly membership fee is 30$ and you will be auto enrolled by agreeing to the terms of service at the time of purchase.

if you do not choose to spend your monthly credits they will not roll over they will expire. Each month you pay the 30$ membership fee you will receive 2 credits which you can use to purchase 2 posters y

The Monthly program

Includes FREE Initial poster shipping, and 2 monthly credits.

Poster Advantage Program will continue to send you 2 credits monthly which you can utilize for your 2 posters per month until freeposterz.com receives notification of termination from you as described in the terms and conditions as per the footer of the website. You authorize freeposterz.com to charge the credit card account designated $30.00 during the registration process the current fees and charges for the Poster Advantage® plan according to the terms and conditions on the websites footer in exchange for the 2 credits which you can use to purchase 2 posters of your choice.

Cancellations in conjunction with product returns

cancellations must be processed only when the product in which was purchased has been returned. So the cancellation is in correspondence with the product being returned. You may cancel your account or enrollment in the Triple Poster Advantage® but you must return the posters that are not paid for at the time of the cancellation or you will continue to be billed until your account is current.

Poster Advantage®

If you choose to receive a poster at the primary promotional price of FREE $0.99 cents and you agreed to the terms and conditions of the  Poster Advantage® you are agreeing to a 12 month  Poster Advantage® (30$/mo) which will have an early termination fee of 30$ if the 12 month contract is breeched in any way. Otherwise you are bound to the Poster Advantage® contract in which you have agreed to by activating the  Poster Advantage® plan on our website.

Poster Advantage®

This is a monthly products program in which you will be automatically enrolled in as a contract deemed by our terms and conditions.

Policy:
Your subscription will automatically renew for one month at the cost of $30.99 USD monthly. You can cancel anytime after the order period, in which case you won't be refunded the month's subscription charge, but you'll have access to the poster credits you purchased and your account login Resource Center for the remainder of your term.

What Happens if My Service Is Canceled at the End of My Contract Term? You're agreeing to subscribe to an Advertisement Service either on a month–to–month basis or for a minimum contract term, as shown on your receipt or order confirmation. (If your Service is suspended without billing, that time doesn't count toward completing your contract term.) Once you've completed your contract term, you'll automatically become a customer on a month–to–month basis for that Advertisement Service. If you cancel an Advertising Subscription, or if we cancel it for good cause, during its contract term, you'll have to pay an early termination fee. If your contract term results from your purchase of a Monthly Advertising Service after November 14, 2009, your early termination fee will be 30$

PURCHASES AND AUTHORITY TO USE
Your freeposterz.com  Poster Advantage® account and plan can be used to purchase goods and services including ring tones, graphics, games or news alerts (including subscription plans) from freeposterz.com or elsewhere from third parties ("Goods, Content, and Services"). Goods, Content, and Services may be purchased directly with any phone assigned to your account or on-line. Charges for Goods, Content, and Services will appear on your bill. Data transport charges are also incurred in the purchase of mobile content and such charges appear separately on your bill. Unless you have a data plan, in which case you will be billed according to your data plan, charges will be calculated at your default pay per use rate for the website content transport (of traffic) when delivered, generally per kilobyte or per megabyte. You have full-time access to your Goods, Content, and Services transaction history on our website. You are responsible for all websites assigned to your account.

EVERY CUSTOMER WhO  IS ENROLLED IN THE   Poster Advantage® PLAN WITH US IS INVOLVED IN A 12 MONTH CONTRACT AND BOUND BY THIS LEGALLY. CANCELLATION FEES WILL APPLY UNLESS WITHIN THE FIRST 3 DAY PERIOD. YOUR CONTRACT IS AVAILABLE ONLINE  IN THE HEADER @ THE MY ACCOUNT LINK. ENTER YOUR ORDER # AND ZIP CODE TO SEE THIS INFORMATION. IT IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD IN A NON EDITABLE PDF FORM. ENTERING YOUR NAME IN THE BILLING INFORMATION (or on the website Activation link) AND THEN AGREEING TO THE SERVICE IS DEEMED AS YOUR DIGITAL SIGNATURE FOR THE CONTRACT IN TANGIBLE FORM. THERE IS MULTIPLE WAYS TO AGREE TO THE ACTIVATION OF SERVICE ( POSTER ADVANTAGE®) (AS MENTIONED IN THE TERMS ABOVE MULTIPLE WAYS OF AGREEING TO THE CONTRACT ARE LISTED); HOWEVER THIS METHOD WILL BE USED ON YOUR CONTRACT IN THE PDF ON THE MY ACCOUNT SECTION OF THE WEBSITE. ALL WAYS OF AGREEMENT ARE LEGALLY BINDING. EVERY ORDER IS A 12 MONTH ADVERTISING CONTRACT EACH IS MADE INTO A DIGITAL PDF WITH A DIGITAL SIGNATURE. CUSTOMERS IP.   Poster Advantage®PLAN CHOSEN. AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS BINDING THIS CONTRACT.

Additional terms below
C. Changed Terms. freeposterz.com shall have the right at any time to impose,
change or modify its fees and billing methods, or other terms and
conditions applicable to your participation in the Monthly Program or
to impose new terms and conditions. Such changes, modifications,
additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice
thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to,
posting on the freeposterz.com Sites a revised version of this Agreement or
notification by electronic or conventional mail. If any such change is
unacceptable to you, you may terminate your subscription to the Monthly
Program (possible early termination fee included depending on contract length).
Service

The first poster is FREE shipping is $0.99 cents. We will bill you for the monthly subscription at the time of your promotional purchase, only if you agree to the terms of the monthly membership at the time of purchase; which is 30$ dollars you will receive 2 monthly credits which you can use to purchase 2 posters including shipping each month you are billed the 30$.
Any acceptance of a product in a Monthly Program by you after such notice shall conclusively be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such changes, modifications,
additions or deletions. You agree to review the terms and conditions
periodically to be aware of such revisions. You may also be subject to
additional terms and conditions imposed by third party content
providers in connection with third party content, software or services.


E. All Products. With respect to products and services offered for sale
by freeposterz.com and third parties or through the freeposterz.com Sites (including
Monthly Program products): additional terms, including but not limited
to pricing, methods of payment, shipping and handling, credit-card
information, sales tax, return and refund policies and applicable
privacy policies, may be set forth on the screen where you make the
purchase. All orders are subject to availability of products and
acceptance of orders by freeposterz.com. freeposterz.com reserves the right to reject any
order and to limit quantities. freeposterz.com does not warrant that product
descriptions, prices or other content on the freeposterz.com Sites is accurate,
complete, reliable, current or error-free. freeposterz.com has no obligation to
honor incorrect pricing or other information, whether resulting from
typographical errors or otherwise. If a product offered on a freeposterz.com
Site is not as described, the sole remedy is to return it for a refund.

LOCATION-BASED SERVICES
Your website, and or computers ip address may be location-enabled or location tracked meaning that the Device is capable of using Goods, Content, and Services at your request or the request of a user on your account, offered by freeposterz.com or third parties that make use of a user's location ("Location-Based Services"), using location technology such as Global Positioning Satellite ("GPS"), ip address network location, or other location technology. Please review the terms and conditions and the associated privacy policy for each Location-Based Service to learn how the location information will be used and protected. We may also use location information to create aggregate data from which your personally identifiable information has been removed or obscured. Such aggregate data may be used for services like traffic-monitoring. It is your responsibility to notify users on your account that the Device they are using may be location-enabled. DISHONORED CHECKS/CHARGEBACKS AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS
We will charge you $30 or the highest amount allowed by law, whichever is less, for any check or other instrument (including credit card chargebacks) tendered by you and returned unpaid by a financial institution for any reason. You agree to reimburse us the fees of any collection agency, which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 33% of the debt, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, we incur in such collection efforts.

CONTINGENT BENEFITS

Poster Advantage®
You may receive or be eligible for certain rate plans, discounts, features, promotions, and other benefits ("Benefits") through a business or government customer's agreement with us ("Business Agreement"). Any and all such Benefits are provided to you solely as a result of the corresponding Business Agreement, and such Benefits may be modified or terminated without notice. If a business or government entity pays your charges or is otherwise liable for the charges, you authorize us to share your account information with that entity and/or its authorized agents. If you are on a rate plan and/or receive certain Benefits tied to a Business Agreement with us, but you are liable for your own charges, then you authorize us to share enough account information with that entity and/or its authorized agents to verify your continuing eligibility for those Benefits and/or that rate plan. You may receive Benefits because of your agreement to have the charges for your service, billed ("Joint Billing") by any company affiliated with freeposterz.com ("Affiliate") or because you subscribe to certain services provided by an Affiliate. If you cancel Joint Billing or the Affiliate service your rates will be adjusted without notice to a rate plan for which you qualify.

Your Device must be compatible with, and not interfere with, our service/website and must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. We may periodically program your Device remotely with system settings for roaming service, to direct your device to use network services most appropriate for your typical usage, and other features that cannot be changed manually. Devices purchased for use on freeposterz.com's system are designed for use exclusively on freeposterz.com's system ("Equipment"). You agree that you will not make any modifications to the Equipment or programming to enable the Equipment to operate on any other system. freeposterz.com may, at its sole and absolute discretion, modify the programming to enable the operation of the Device on other systems. LATE PAYMENT CHARGES
Late payment charges are based on the state to which the area code of the INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, You agree that for amounts not paid by the due date, freeposterz.com may charge, as a part of its rates and charges, and you agree to pay, a late payment fee of $5 in CT, D.C., DE, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, VA, VT, WI, WV; the late payment charge is 1.5% of the balance carried forward to the next bill in all other states.

ACCOUNT ACCESS
You authorize us to provide information about and to make changes to your account, including adding new service, upon the direction of any person able to provide information we deem sufficient to identify you. ALSO YOU PROVIDE US WITH THE ACCESS TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANYTIME FOR ANY ACTIVITY DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE.

In which you are still responsible for billing if this is a monthly products program or an extended service billing. we have no obligation for telephone support and you agree to this by agreeing to the terms and conditions prior to your purchase.

Returns Policy

You may return unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

BILLING AND PAYMENT
Usage and monthly fees will be billed as specified in your rate plan brochure, customer service summary, or rate plan information online. Except as provided below, monthly service and certain other charges are billed one month in advance, and there is no proration of such charges if service is terminated on other than the last day of your billing cycle.
